Every dumpster we rent comes with the same structure: delivery, pickup, 14 days on site, and the weight allowance for that size, all in one number you see on the booking page before you commit. There's no meter running by the hour and no surprise line items at the end. The only add that exists is tonnage over the included allowance, billed by the ton from the scale ticket.
14 Days Is Longer Than You Think
Most projects don't come close to using the window. A garage cleanout runs a weekend. A roof is gone in two days. Even a whole-house cleanout spread across weekends fits inside 14 days with room left over.
The window exists so you never have to rush. A rain delay, a helper who shows up late, a remodel that found surprises behind the drywall: all of that fits inside two weeks without a phone call or an extra charge.
Done Early? Call. Need Longer? Also Call.
Finished on day three? Call or text and we'll grab the dumpster, usually the next day. A dumpster you're done with is just taking up driveway.
Running past two weeks? Tell us before the window closes and we'll work out extra days. The one move that costs everyone is going quiet: a dumpster that sits silent past its window eventually has to be chased, and nobody enjoys that phone call. A text saying the drywall guy flaked buys you flexibility every time.
How the Weight Allowance Rides Along
The other half of the one-number structure is weight. Every size includes its own allowance: 1 ton on the 10-yard, 1.5 on the 15, 2 on the 20, and 3 on the 25 and 30. The load gets weighed at the landfill, and only tonnage past the included allowance shows up as a line item, billed by the ton straight off the scale ticket.
That's why we ask what you're throwing away when you book. Furniture and household junk almost never touch the limit. Shingles, plaster, wet carpet, and tile can, and knowing that up front means we point you at the size whose allowance actually matches the project instead of the one that merely looks big enough.

Does the 14 days include delivery day?
The window starts when the dumpster lands. Book Wednesday, get it Thursday, and you're on the clock through the Wednesday after next.
Can I swap instead of extending?
Yes, and on a big cleanout it's often the better move: a fresh empty dumpster arrives, the full one leaves, and your 14 days effectively restart on the new one. Swaps are routine for us, one truck move.
