I received extra customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the near near future I would recommend them to anyone needing to clean out their garage or house.
A whole-house cleanout, an estate, or a move-out is a bigger job than people expect once the furniture starts coming out. A 20 or a 30 usually does it. Tell us what's coming out of the house and we'll point you to the size that won't leave you renting a second one.
Furniture takes up space fast. A small house or an apartment might fit a 20, but a full house with years of things in it usually calls for a 30. When it's close, go up a size. The jump costs a lot less than a second rental and a second haul.
We do a lot of these. The dumpster shows up when we said it would and stays two weeks, which is usually enough to get a house emptied without anybody rushing.
Furniture, carpet, and general household goods are all fine. Food waste and appliances with freon aren't. If the fridge needs to go, set it aside and we can talk about it.
The family walks the house first and pulls what stays: papers, photos, the things they're keeping. Then it's room by room into the dumpster, and the two weeks on the rental means nobody has to rush that. If the house holds more than it looked like, we swap the full dumpster for an empty one and you keep going.
Most cleanouts have a hard date behind them, a closing, a lease end, a listing. Book the drop two or three days before your crew or your family shows up, and schedule the pickup a day before the walk-through so the driveway is clear. Tell us the date that matters and we'll work the schedule backward from it.
The family pulls what stays. Then book the 20 or 30 a few days before the work starts.
Two weeks means nobody rushes a hard job. If it fills, call and we'll sort out a second round.
Schedule the pickup a day before the closing or walk-through so the driveway is empty.
Estate work clusters in the older towns: Camden is one of the oldest cities in the state and its houses hold generations of things, and the established neighborhoods of Columbia and Sumter turn over the same way. Rental-property cleanouts run across the whole route, usually against a lease date, and the two weeks on the rental is what keeps those from becoming a panic.
Furniture eats space faster than people expect, so a full house usually needs the 30, the biggest dumpster we run. A small house or an apartment can fit a 20. When the walkthrough leaves you unsure, take the 30: the jump in price is small next to a second rental, and plenty of estates fill it.
A whole-house cleanout is one rental, not a per-trip charge: the 20 or 30 price includes both truck trips, the two weeks, and the tonnage for the size.
If the house holds more than it looked like and you need a second round, call and we'll quote it before anything moves. The first number is on the booking page now.
Not sure about a load? Ask when you book and we'll settle it before the dumpster arrives.
An estate service or junk crew moves fast, but the family isn't in the loop, and things that mattered leave on a stranger's truck. A dumpster in the driveway for two weeks lets the family sort at its own pace, keep what should stay, and still have the house empty by the date. Plenty of families run both: a crew for the heavy lifting at the end, the dumpster for everything before it.

What people ask us before they book. The full FAQ has the rest.
Cleanouts run the entire map, Camden and Columbia most of all. The service areas page covers every town, and the booking page prices any of them.
One flat price for the 20 or 30 with both truck trips and the two weeks in it. Pull yours on the booking page, or call (803) 408-9990.
Home cleanouts usually have a date attached, a closing, a move, an estate deadline. Book a few days out so the dumpster is there when the crew shows up. Delivery is guaranteed inside 24 to 48 hours if the date sneaks up on you.
Bigger than people guess. Furniture and boxed-up rooms fill a dumpster on volume, so a whole-house cleanout usually takes a 30-yard, sometimes two rounds of a 20. One room or a garage is a different job, see garage cleanouts.
Usually, if it is the 30-yard. A small house or an apartment can finish inside a 20, and if the house outruns the first dumpster, a second round is one more phone call.
Furniture yes, mattresses no. Mattresses and box springs are one of the few things we can't take, along with fridges and food waste. Everything else from a cleanout, furniture, carpet, clothing, boxes, goes in fine.
Yes, estate and foreclosure cleanouts are steady work for us. The 14 days gives a family room to go through a house properly instead of racing a weekend.
