Been using them for years on our construction sites. Always on it, fast response and fair pricing.
Most of what we haul is construction. New builds, remodels, tear-outs, the debris that comes off a framing crew or a roofing crew. We keep a lot of dumpsters on the ground, so a job that needs three or four at once, or a swap the same week, isn't a problem.
Out in Lexington we'll have 25 or 30 dumpsters on one build at a time while a 200 or 300 home neighborhood goes up. We're set up for that kind of volume, and one point of contact handles all of it.
We have dumpsters on the Scout Motors plant going up in Blythewood right now, and we've done demolition and tear-out on commercial projects across the Midlands. If it's a job site with a schedule, we can run it.
Call it full and we pull it and drop an empty. Because we own a lot of dumpsters, you aren't waiting on one to come back from the landfill before your crew can keep working.
Framing scrap, drywall, roofing, flooring, siding, concrete and dirt (that goes in its own dumpster at its own rate, so mention it), and general construction debris.
Call with the site, the sizes, and the count, one conversation covers the whole job. Single drops can book online.
Delivery is guaranteed inside 24 to 48 hours, and swaps go out when you call a dumpster full, so the crew keeps moving.
When the job wraps, we pull everything off site. One point of contact starts to finish.
The subdivision builds run out of Lexington, where a 200-home neighborhood will have 25 or 30 of our dumpsters on it at once. The Scout Motors corridor keeps Blythewood busy, and the biggest single job we've done up the road was months of demolition tear-out on a mall renovation in Greenville. Out east it's apartment complexes and substation work around Florence, and we're one of the few dumpster companies around that works Shaw Air Force Base jobs in Sumter.
The 20-yard is the default construction order, it covers a kitchen gut, a roof, or a lot's worth of framing scrap. New builds and demo move up to the 30. The 25 earns its spot on jobs that fill on bulk, siding, trim, packaging, where a 20 runs out of room with weight to spare. Clean concrete or dirt never goes in these, that load gets its own smaller dumpster at a weight rate.
A construction order prices like any other rental: one flat number per dumpster with delivery, pickup, 14 days, and the tonnage for the size inside it. Overage bills by the ton off the scale ticket, and that's the only extra there is.
Multi-dumpster jobs get quoted as one order, call and we'll price the whole job at once. A standard drop prices itself on the booking page whenever you want it.
A roll-off has to leave the site street-legal: level at the rim, nothing hanging over the sides, weight inside the allowance. Load heavy material low and flat, break down the bulky pieces, and keep the last foot for the light stuff. A dumpster loaded past the rim waits on site until the top comes off, and that stalls the whole pickup.

Job sites anywhere we run: the Lexington and Blythewood builds, Columbia proper, and the long routes to Sumter, Florence, Aiken, and Greenville. See the full service area.
Per dumpster, one flat number with the tonnage inside it, and multi-dumpster orders quoted as one job. The booking page prices a single drop, or call (803) 408-9990 for the whole site.
For a job site, a day or two of notice is plenty, and standing orders can be scheduled out as far as the build runs. Delivery is guaranteed inside 24 to 48 hours, so even a dumpster you forgot to order usually shows up the next morning.
Same dumpsters, different setup. A construction order is usually multiple dumpsters, swaps on a schedule, and one call that handles the entire job. A homeowner clearing a garage books one dumpster and one pickup. If your job is at your house, start with residential dumpster rental.
Yes, that's most of our commercial work. Three or four dumpsters on one site is normal, and on the big subdivision builds we'll run 25 or 30 at once. One order covers all of it.
Call the dumpster full and we pull it and drop an empty in its place. We own enough dumpsters that one is nearly always ready to go.
The 20-yard is the default for remodels and roofing. New builds and demo jobs run 30s, and concrete gets its own smaller dumpster at a weight rate.
All the time. Give us the square count when you order and the weight allowance gets matched to the roof before the tear-off starts.
